What is a New collection drop alert?
The New collection drop alert is an automatic notification that is sent to a customer, informing them that a new collection has launched and is therefore available for purchase.
Customers will only receive this alert if they previously opted-in via the New collection in-product widget. The alert can be sent via WhatsApp, SMS or Facebook Messenger, depending on which channel the customer opted-in for.
Required widget
This alert requires customers to have opted-in via the New collection in-product or the Button to Drawer opt-in widgets.
