What is the QR code / URL feature?

The QR code / URL feature can take shape as a scannable QR code or just a URL link (in a CTA, hyperlink, etc). When scanned or clicked, a prompt is shown to allow customers to opt-in to receive Custom Broadcast alerts via WhatsApp.

Over time, the number of opt-ins will increase, building a list of customers that you can then notify via the Custom Broadcasts alert feature, for example if you are running a seasonal promotion, promoting an offline event or dropping a new collection.

This enables you to directly communicate with your customers via WhatsApp.
