What is a Back-in-Stock alert?
The Back-in-Stock alert is an automatic notification that is sent to customers, informing them that an item they were previously interested in is back in stock and available for purchase.
Customers will only receive this alert if they previously opted-in via the Out-of-Stock widget. The alert can be sent via WhatsApp, SMS or Facebook Messenger, depending on which channel the customer opted-in for.
Required widget
This alert requires customers to have opted-in via the Out-of-Stock opt-in widget.
