Use of our Services and Website is always subject to our Terms of Service (“Terms”), which incorporate this Privacy Policy. Any terms We use in this Privacy Policy without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Terms.

3. Privacy Policy

We attach great importance to careful treatment of personal details. Personal details are therefore processed and protected with all due care and attention. In this we observe the requirements of the Dutch Data Protection Act. We are responsible for the data-processing. In the present Privacy Policy We explain what personal data We collect and use and for what purposes. The following policy explains to You which data are collected on our Website and which data we process as well through our Services.

This includes, for example, your name, telephone number, address, as well as all data, which You inform Us.   • When signing up with Facebook, we can use your profile image to display in our website. And we collect your email and full name.

  • Other personal data actively provided by You. For example data provided by telephone or correspondence.

  • Our payment provider Stripe automatically collects email, credit card type, expiry date and the card origin.

  • We collect data about Your usage of our Website. The messages, the amount of messages, the amount of people on Your chatbot and the creation date of Your chatbot.

3.3 Purposes of collecting data

We collect data for the following purposes:

  • Performance of the Agreements between You and Us.

  • Processing Your payment or payment obligation.

  • Sending our newsletter.

  • Contacting You if this required to perform our Services.

  • To inform You about changes in our Services.

  • To deliver the ordered Services to You.

  • Improve our Services.

  • Enable You to build a Chatbot.

  • To enable You to build chatbots and communicate with chatbots others have built.

  • To fulfil Your requests for certain Services.

  • Use of the Website and for links to third party websites via our Website.

  • We analyse visitor behaviour on our Website to improve our Website.

  • We also use Your data for market and opinion research. Of course We use this anonymously for statistical purposes and only for US. Your responses to surveys will not be passed on to third parties or published. We use and processes your personal data for market and opinion research purposes.

  • We process Your data if We required by any law or regulation to do so. For example information We require for our tax filing.

3.4 Registration system

When You visit the Website We collect and process data of visitors and users of the Website for the benefit of our business operations, in order to inform You about and to make available certain content, Services, news, that may be of interest to You, to develop and make those available, and to develop website statistics.

3.5 Chatbot

One of our other Services is the possibility to create a chatbot which works via Facebook Messenger under the condition You have an Agreement with Us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to Your users of the chatbot, because we do not manage or control You or Your Employees. In this case it is Your responsibility to provide Your users with a privacy policy and respect any policies of Facebook: https://developers.facebook.com/policy.

Please update Your privacy policy regularly and provide easy access to this policy to your user. Maintain a Facebook Page that provides customer support contact information, including your mailing address and one or more of the following: email address, web address, or telephone number.

3.6 Newsletter

If You do not wish to receive the newsletter any more from Us, You can at any time object to it in accordance with chapter 2. You will also find an unsubscribe link in every newsletter.

3.7 Third Parties

Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise transmitted if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing, providing, use and improving the Website, if You have previously given your consent, or is required by law. Within the framework of processing, for example the hosting provider used by Us receives the necessary data for order and order processing. The data thus provided may only be used by our service providers to fulfil their task. Any other use of the information is not permitted and is not carried out by any of our service providers. If We use a third party for data processing We will conclude a data processing agreement with this third party.

3.8 Storage of Data

We do not have the intention to collect any other data than mentioned in this Privacy Policy through our Website and/or Services in relations to natural persons under the age of 16. However We cannot check if every user of our Website or Services is under the age of 16. We advise parents to actively engage in the online activities of their children, to avoid collection of personal data of their children, without parental permission. If You are convinced We have collected personal data of a minor, please contact US through hello@shoppop.com. We will delete the personal data of the minor.

3.10 Protection of privacy and passwords

We apply strict data protection procedures, for instance to prevent unauthorised access to personal data. We make use of safe connections through which all personal information between You and our Website is protected during recording. Passwords are stored in encrypted form, so neither We ourselves nor any outsiders can possibly discover them. Data that is no longer needed is removed. You can even request change or deletion of data (see below).

4. Changes to these policies

From time to time, We will revise these statements, without further notice. We recommend that You regularly check whether these statements have been revised. However, We will notify You via a prominent notifications on our Website about any major changes that would negatively impact Your interests, although We are not envisioning any such changes in the near future. These policies are exclusively governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any and all disputes that may arise with respect to these policies will be referred exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
