PAYMENT OPTIONS
When you are ready to complete your sale, select the "Checkout" button after selecting your shipping method and entering your savings code if you have one. You will be prompted to login to your account before you can checkout. If you do not have an account, you can set open one with us, it's very easy and only takes a few minutes to do! Signing up for an account allows you to log in at anytime to track your past and current orders. We use a secure online shopping cart to process orders and accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. Paypal is not available at this time.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped by UPS or USPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Generally, we ship in-stock orders within three business days. We will notify you by email if an item is back ordered and giver you the option for a refund, or if there is any other reason for a delay in shipping. Delivery time will vary depending on your location but generally, once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us, and you will receive your order within 3 -10 business days.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. POP is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are happy to now offer International Shipping for a flat rate of $55.00 to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Please Note: That some orders may be assessed additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. This predominately applies to orders with large quantities of boots and shoes. If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted to approve these charges before we ship your order.
Processing time, for orders, is normally 1 business day. (exceptions: order payment verification time, customs may hold packages for periods of time before releasing.) Unfortunately, there is no expedited shipping for International orders. Free Shipping does not apply to International orders.
All orders are shipped via USPS [United States Postal Service]. For a tracking information, please visit : http://usps.com Please allow 8-12 business days for delivery. While we do our best to provide all proper documentation for custom officials, they may delay the package's transit time by several business days. Please note that some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government. Please understand that this is a fee that your country charges to the purchasing party for importing products. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.
Make sure to choose the "International Shipping" option at check out. (You must choose this option or your order will not be processed.)
Refused Shipments - If you refuse any shipments from www.shoppop.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to www.shoppop.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your POP online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or store credit. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items within 14 business days of the original ship date with tags attached, in their original condition, NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. Shoes must show no sign of wear and must be returned in their original and undamaged box.
FINAL SALE on all sale items, homewares, jewelry, socks, tights, hats, leggings, and cards/stationary. If you have a question as to whether something can be returned you can email us at info@shoppop.com.
Please inspect your items immediately. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours. Email info@shoppop.com for a return authorization on damaged items. You will not be charged for any return shipping of a damaged or defective item.
All returns must first be approved by POP. To make a return for store credit or an exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us at info@shoppop.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We will immediately reply with your RMA # if the item is returnable, which you'll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA number.
For store credit you will be issued a "CODE" to redeem your credit. Internet returns may also be made in person at the POP retail store within 14 days of shipping order date. At the store, we will issue you a store credit or exchange if the item fits the return criteria. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be given store credit.
The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping & handling fees for items returned to POP. We do not refund shipping fees. Returns are processed as soon as received and store credit will be emailed to you immediately. For exchanges, on US Orders Only, Return shipping from POP back to you is free.
Please ship (We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages) via USPS, Fed Ex or UPS to:
